Gary Randall Fights Against the Blue Movie

Posted in spirtual warfare with tags , , on February 17, 2010 by Scary Gary

Last night in a post I wrote how I am fond of going to the movie theaters to “warn people about the paganism in Avatar and Percy Jackson.” Well I am proud to say that I am not the only one who wants to stop America from being flushed down a blue alien commode of paganism.

Today Gary Randall at the Faith and Freedom Network posted about the unChristian messages in Avatar:

Evangelical Christians are often “consuming the culture” without even questioning the message.

With “AVATAR,” now the highest grossing movie of all time, some Christian leaders are taking a critical look at the actual message of the film.

. . .

Dr. R. Albert Mohler, JR., President of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Mark T. Coppenger, professor of Christian Apologetics, Russell D. Moore, dean of the SBTS’ School of Theology and several otherscommented on “AVATAR” at a panel discussion last week.

. . .

“Keep in mind,” he said, “this is the same guy (producer James Cameron) who had evangelical Christians standing up and applauding to scenes of fornication in “TITANIC”. It’s so subtle the way that it works through that you become emotionally connected before you realize what’s going on.”

See how talented Mr. Randall is at criticizing our fallen culture without actually saying anything himself.  He is smart enough to let someone else do the work for him.  That way he doesn’t have to dirty himself with even mentioning the Titanic fornication.

My colleague does however see some value in Avatar, as long as we use it to indoctrinate those who have not been saved.  He also knows that once we are saved, that we must stop ourselves from consuming anything that might engage us to think critically about our own beliefs:

First, be very discerning. Understand that most all books, TV shows and films have a message. That’s the world we live in. Be sure the message is not contrary or damaging to your biblical worldview and that which you are teaching to your children.

Because to question our beliefs is to question God’s will, because as Christians we are the only ones who truly know what that is.

Cutting Deficit Disorder

Posted in socialism with tags , on February 17, 2010 by Scary Gary

Well it seems that whenever conservatives come-up with common sense approaches to shrinking the size of government, liberals just have to trash it:

As states around the country face budget crises, “deficit peacocks” continue to demand cutting social spending whileruling out tax increases on those who have benefited immensely from years of conservative policies. In Utah, deficit peacocks are suggesting eliminating mandatory 12th grade to help close the state’s $700 million budget gap.

. . .

During a hearing of the state’s Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee earlier this month, Buttars suggested that funding 12th grade amounts to “spending a whole lot of money for a whole bunch of kids who aren’t getting anything out of that grade.”

I don’t doubt it, as these are the same kids who annoy me when I am at the metroplex movie theaters trying to warn people about the paganism in Avatar and Percy Jackson.

So I join Mr. Buttars in his assessment that little value comes out of the 12th grade.  But I do hope that if he cannot shrink the size of the government takeover of education, he could at least consider putting the money into education on Sundays at local churches, and maybe fund a Hell House or two.

Senatorial Fight to Save Closeting Pt II

Posted in Sodomites with tags , on February 16, 2010 by Scary Gary

Well it looks like Senator Graham wants to continue the brave fight to pretend like there are no gays in the military:

On Capitol Hill, CNSNews.com asked Sen. Graham, ‘Will officially allowing gays in the military hurt recruitment, in your opinion,  or will it help recruitment?”

Graham said, “Well, you know, that’s a question I’d like to hear from our military commanders. A couple of questions about changing the policy, ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ – Is it coming from within the ranks or are the people in the military suggesting it be changed, or is it a political decision?”

See what an excellent job of aversion he is doing on the subject.

He believes that  it is working so well, he refuses to even answer the question directly, or at all really.  He just passes it off to others, and assumes they will give an answer that is similarly ambiguous and unsubstantial.

God bless you Senator and God help us all to avert our eyes from the hard-chiseled body of the homosexual agenda’s re-engineering of our families.

Missouri Finally Protects Religious Freedom

Posted in spirtual warfare with tags , on February 16, 2010 by Scary Gary

I have give praise to for CitizenLink fearlessly brining us the news that the Missouri legislature has finally tackled a subject long ignored in America, the freedom to practice religion (and it better be Christian).

If only the Founding Fathers had tackled the issue we wouldn’t have needed these modern day heroes to take-up the fight:

A Missouri Senate committee has endorsed legislation that protects  religious freedoms.

. .  .

Joe Ortwerth, executive director of the Missouri Family Policy Council, said his group promoted Senate Joint Resolution 31, because groups such as the American Civil Liberties Union, for example, are trying to convince public school officials that freedom of religious expression cannot be permitted in public settings.

Absolutely!  Anytime an official tries to make sure that their educational institution doesn’t endorse or support a certain religion, its sects, or its holidays; it threatens religious freedom.

And by “religious freedom” I mainly refer to our freedom as Christians to remain the dominate religious force in American society, and to marginalize all the others.

Gay Senator Loves Taxes

Posted in Sodomites with tags on February 16, 2010 by Scary Gary

Well it shouldn’t surprise us that the confusion from sexual deviancy has resulted in confusion over taxes:

The roar of the rallies couldn’t be heard through the thick walls of the Capitol, but there’s little doubt which group has the ear of Democratic lawmakers.

“I promise you,” state Sen. Ed Murray, D-Seattle, told the pro-tax crowd, “we are going to close tax loopholes and we’re going to raise revenue.”

The same message is coming from all Democratic leaders in the House, Senate and the governor’s office, who say they’re considering options ranging from a tax on bottled water to a general sales-tax increase, as well as closing tax exemptions. The money is needed, they say, to help close a projected $2.8 billion budget shortfall and avoid deep cuts in state services.

No doubt the state services are programs to attack the family, and advance Murray’s homosexual agenda which will only be sated when my son can marry the class gerbil (what a short and suffocating marriage that will be).

Unfortunately there weren’t enough people from our side to make sure that Ed Murray got the tea bagging he deserved.  Well, we’ll get him next time.

McCain Fights to Preserve Closeting

Posted in Sodomites with tags , on February 15, 2010 by Scary Gary

Unlike that R.I.N.O., Barry Goldwater, at least McCain isn’t giving into the homsexual agenda:

At the U.S. Capitol last week, CNSNews.com asked Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), the ranking member of the Senate Armed InServices Committee, “Will officially allowing gays in the military affect recruitment?”

McCain said, “I’m not sure. I do know that the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy has worked very well. We have the most professional, most capable military in the world. We’re in two wars, but I don’t believe this is the time to change the policy.”

Absolutely right. Now is not the time to change, and not just because McCain is facing a challenge from the right in his primary; but also because not asking if someone is gay, and not telling people they are, has completely stopped there being any gays in the military (at least that anyone is willing to admit to).

Which is exactly what Sen. Infoe says to by telling us “Its been working for several years now.”  Inhofe is also not afraid to look back to when things were easier and we had the gays safely repressed:

“I think back to the days when I was in the United States Army, if we had three different classes, you have men, women and you have gays, it’s going to be that much more complicated in the just basics, of barracks and, you know, just those things. So, yeah, I’m opposed to what they’re proposing and, as I say, it’s working now, what we’re doing.”

“Complicated” here meaning men showering together after wrestling  in the mud.  The last thing we need anything gay going on in that situation.

When asked why he thinks President Barack Obama wants to change the DADT policy, Inhofe said, “Well, he’s catering to another group of people. He’s a politician first.”

What a brave man.  Telling us that Obama is doing nothing more than giving into a special interest, is exactly what I wanted to hear.

God bless midterm primary elections.  That is what has McCain running to the right and into the tender arms of Sen. Inhofe.

Abstinence Among the Urbans

Posted in debunking science on February 4, 2010 by Scary Gary

My pale white skin was tickled pink by Gary Randall taking up the story (that I posted on first) about how abstinence-only education actually works.  I was also pleased that he made sure to point-out who was involved in that study:

The study, that was conducted in four different middle schools in a Northeastern city, among 662 African Americans found that about 33% of the students who went through the abstinence program started having sex, compared with about 52% who were taught only safe sex.

Way to go Gary.  I think we all know what you mean.  If it works for the kids in urban environments, it must work for our kids too!  Wink, wink.

I was also proud that Gary has the courage to stand by his values, and level accusations, for which he offers no proof, even in a post about the factual findings of a scientific study:

Planned Parenthood, who stands to loose when abstinence is practiced, has manipulated the studies on the matter as well as the administration’s funding policies—much like they are attempting to manipulate and destroy the pregnancy centers in Washington State.

It is clear to me that Randall is calling on all of us to confirm our faith by having faith in everything he asserts without giving us any evidence.

God bless America.

Obama Administration Caves Into Science

Posted in debunking science with tags , on February 2, 2010 by Scary Gary

I remember the good old days of the Bush administration when they wouldn’t let a little thing like scientific evidence stand in the way of advancing their ideological agenda. Obama on the other hand insists on letting the facts weigh in his decisions:

Sex education classes that focus on encouraging children to remain abstinent can persuade a significant proportion to delay sexual activity, researchers reported Monday in a landmark study that could have major implications for U.S. efforts to protect young people against unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.

Only about a third of sixth- and seventh-graders who completed an abstinence-focused program started having sex within the next two years, researchers found. Nearly half of the students who attended other classes, including ones that combined information about abstinence and contraception, became sexually active.

. . .

Based on the findings, Obama administration officials said programs like the one evaluated in the study could be eligible for federal funding.

“No one study determines funding decisions, but the findings from the research paper suggest that this kind of project could be competitive for grants if there’s promise that it achieves the goal of teen pregnancy prevention,” said Nicholas Papas, a spokesman for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Now how exactly are we supposed to expose the Obama administration for destroying the American family if he insists on examining the evidence and siding with our ideology when appropriate?

He is playing dirty, which is exactly what I would expect out of someone like say. . . The ANTICHRIST!

CBS Sacks Gay Agenda

Posted in Uncategorized on January 30, 2010 by Scary Gary

I’m happy to see that CBS isn’t allowing the gay agenda into one of the most important holiday’s in America, the Super Bowl:

CBS has rejected an ad from gay dating siteMancrunch.com, telling the site that the ad “is not within the Network’s Broadcast Standards for Super Bowl Sunday,” James Hibberd reports at The Live Feed.

. . .

The dating site for gay men had hoped it could fork over $2 million or more to CBS in return for 30 seconds of air time.

Because the last thing we during a sport in which men in spandex roll on the ground togethe,r after their leader puts his hands between a team member’s legs, is an ad for sodomite dating services.

Fortunately CBS isn’t letting arguments of fairness sway them into cutting other, more appropriate advertisements.

Big Government Insists on Enforcing The Law

Posted in Uncategorized on January 26, 2010 by Scary Gary

It is a telling sign of our times that young conservative activist is targeted by federal law enforcement just because he tried to violate the privacy of Mary Landrieu, US Senator:

Federal investigators charged that James O’Keefe was among four men who created a ruse to enter the lawmaker’s downtown office, saying they needed to repair her telephones. O’Keefe used his cellphone to take pictures of two men involved in the Jan. 25 plot, according to court records unsealed Tuesday.

It is obvious to me that O’Keefe was charged with the crime that he helped commit only because he had previously made an undercover “sting” documentary that showed ACORN staff helping people who posed as a pimp and woman of the evening (whore).

I bet the government would never charge a liberal involved in similar activities.
